Although it is fun to look and compare footbath colors, everyone must be reminded that during a footbath it is more important to pay attention to what you are feeling within the body. Going within, noticing the physical shifts and changes going on during and after a footbath will have a larger and longer lasting impact on managing your physical health, than visually focusing on seeing the color of the footbath water. You can help each other to focus on what is going on inside the body, by asking questions: Are you noticing anything different, or feeling anything different when their feet are in the footbath water. Have you noticed anything or felt different in between footbaths. A variety of different, but similar color charts, are appearing from competitor models in the marketplace. The table below is a collected and modified version. Nothing is exact, and this is purely a reference tool. THERE IS NO EXACT CONCLUSIVE RESEARCH COLOR TESTS OR VALIDATION OF THESE COLORS. Health & Energy Alternatives is continuing to do research in this area, but until the truth is validated, play it save and limit expectations.
Generally, we have found the amount of foam accruing on top of the water during a footbath means more hydrogen is being produced. This is a good sign for the person taking the footbath, as it is a sign of a good cleansing bath. Colors start being produced as soon as the footbath is turned on. Light orange colors at first are a result of cleansing the water. You will get different colors in the bath water when NO feet are in the water. We live in a toxic world, and our water has to be cleansed too. It is interesting to note the variety of colors just coming from the different water sources around the United States. They will range from pale orange to yellowish brown, etc.
The watercolor is different for each individual. Just as each individual is different, so is the water you will be using. Most water contains some small amounts of solids in solution. They are small particles you can’t see, which cling to the tiny water molecules. When the Exciter activates the bath water, it ejects the foreign tiny particles, and they become visible in the water. This will tend to make the water look dirty or yellowish.
Each time an individual takes a footbath it could be a very different color, and each individual will have a different colored footbath. Tests run using the same water source, temperature, time of day, but a variety of different people have shown different colors were generated as a result of the varying health conditions from the people taking footbaths.
During each footbath, the physical body will only let go of what it is ready to release, feeling comfortable that it will no longer need what it has been storing. On the flip side, based on the individual’s current health conditions of the physical body, the body will only take on energetically what it can handle during any single footbath treatment.
WE CAN MAKE NO GUARANTEES THAT WE ARE ACTUALLY CLEANSING A SPECIFIC ORGAN IF A PARTICULAR COLOR APPEARS IN THE WATER.
These are generalities that are based on the collective knowledge of what we have observed about the footbath process, and our understanding of the individual’s health conditions shared with us from those who have taken footbaths.
Many different colors and objects will appear in the footbath water during each session. As best as we have been able to determine, and generally speaking, in the beginning of a footbath it is important to watch for surface layers that begin to form on top the water. This is an indication of the lymphatic system being activated. Residue buildup could be lymphatic drainage, yeast, and/or mucous release.
While the color changes in the water can be dramatic, it is not the most important factor and one must be careful about making any judgments based only on the watercolor.
Municipal water systems put chemicals in their water supply to make it safe for the general user. Well and spring water usually have a lot more minerals in them. There are many variables to take into consideration when you start to consider the variety of different water sources. Some waters do not change dramatically in color, and it is not always an indicator of whether a person is having an effective footbath.
A good indicator that may be found in the water after a treatment is an oily substance located on the surface of the water, and on the treatment container. This generally contains materials released from the outer layers of the skin. Another indicator can be found in the color change of the individual’s urine that just finished the footbath. Body functions could increase, which could result in a darker color of the urine caused by the body processing waste materials. Overall, the increased cellular oxygenation levels received by the individual during a footbath, activates the lymphatic system, producing increased cellular waste products and/or toxin removal through the normal bodily functions (urine or bowels).
· Yellow-green = detoxifying the kidney, bladder, urinary tract, female/prostate area
· Orange = detoxifying from the joins
· Brown = detoxifying from the liver, cellular debris, tobacco
· Black = detoxifying from the liver, lungs, etc.
· Dark green = detoxifying from the gallbladder
· White foam = mucous from lymph glands
· White cheese-like particles = most likely yeast
· Black flecks = heavy metals
· Red flecks = blood clot materials
The following is a list of variables that may affect watercolor changes, and should be considered whenever discussing the visual results of a footbath. (descending in order of relative importance to overall footbath effectiveness)
· Health of the user (both physically & emotionally)
· Water source
· Water temperature
· Weather or physical environment (i.e., stressful conditions)
· Action of the FOCUS unit & age of Exciter
